LaKay’s mother Kristi is fighting the school board to allow her daughter to use her walker.

We’re not in the position to say what’s best for this child. We are, however, in the position to say what’s best for every child in this world who has mobility issues: improved accessibility. Kristi knows what so many of us know firsthand. It’s not easy for children to learn to use a wheelchair. It’s not easy for children to learn how to use a walker. It’s not easy for anyone.
